Pizza factory founder Marco Delgado began experimenting with stone-oven pizza recipes in his Bakersfield home kitchen, quickly gaining a loyal following among neighbors and friends who couldn't get enough.
Riding on community demand, Pizza factory opened its first brick-and-mortar location on Ming Avenue. The pizaa factory operation sold out every night for the first three months straight.
We introduced specialty pizzas, fresh pasta, and our now-legendary garlic knots. The team grew from 5 to 20 passionate food lovers committed to the pizza factory standard of excellence.
Pizza factory was named "Best Pizza in Bakersfield" for the first time by the Kern County Food Guide — an honor we've proudly defended every year since. Our pizzafactory recipe became a local legend.
We relocated to our current flagship location at 4200 Stine Rd Suite F, Bakersfield, CA 93313 — a larger, fully equipped pizza factory facility with a modern stone oven, expanded seating, and online ordering.
